Erleichterung für Biogasanlagenbetreiber in Niedersachsen: Das Land Niedersachsen hat beschlossen, dass Anlagenbetreiber für Gärrückstände aus Biogasanlagen nicht mehr zwingend Lagerkapazitäten für neun Monate vorhalten müssen.
